We are always happy to help our customers! You can create support tickets via your dedicated Support Workspace and get assistance quickly and easily for all of your REIvolution needs/issues.

Follow these instructions in order to submit a support ticket to our team:

1. Visit https://app.reivolution.io/dashboard and click Help in the menu on the left side of the page. (You must be logged in to your account)

2. Click Support Tickets.

3. In the upper-right hand corner, click the blue Go to button. This will take you to your dedicated Support Workspace in Podio.

4. Click the Tickets app as shown in the image below:

5. Click the green Add Ticket button in the upper-right corner of the page.

6. Describe your issue or concern by using the Title and Details fields and then scroll down a bit.

7. Add yourself in the Responsible field and click Save Ticket in the lower-right hand corner.

8. We'll take it from here! Keep in mind that we often leave comments for you in the comments section on the right side. You can use that to reply to our comments or to contact us.
