You have the possibility to send Text Blasts to your Buyers to let them now that you have a property for sale.
To do so, you will go into the Buyers app and enroll every buyer you want to receive the text blast, into a list (right now we have "List 1" and "List 2" but these options are fully customizable).

After you enrolled your buyers into lists, you go back to the Closings app, complete the field Blast Test Message with the text you want your buyers to receive and after that, you click the list (now the SMS will be sent to all buyers that are enrolled into the list you choose and the field Balst Text Sent? will be marked as Yes)
