How to use the Status field in the Appointments app?

The Status field from the Appointments app determines the result of your appointment with the seller.
When a new Appointment is created, the Status field will have the value Pending.

Every time you will change the value of the Status field, a new operation will happen. For example:

  • Status = Completed - Converted -> In the Seller Leads app, the Stage field will change it's value into Contract Signed and a new Closing will be created.

  • Status = Completed - Not Converted -> In the Seller Leads app, the Stage field will change it's value into Follow-up.

  • Status = Canceled -> In the Seller Leads app, the Stage field will change it's value into Follow-up and the task "Check Canceled Appointment" will be triggered in the Appointments app
