In order to generate a contract for a property, go to the Seller Leads app, navigate down to the contracts section, where first of all, you have to complete all the necessary fields that you want to have auto-populated in the contract and then hit "Generate PDF" from the Action field.

In this moment, the PDF is created and you are able to access it from the Activity section.
