Appointments can be created automatically from the Seller Leads app by navigating to the "Appointments" section, selecting the Date and Time of the Appointment and hitting the Schedule Appointment button.
After you create the appointment, the Stage field will be automatically changed to Appointment Booked.
When you schedule the appointment you will notice on the activity section that a new appointment has just been created. You can click where it says “Go to appointment” to open the Appointment.

Also, you have a view in the Seller Leads app called Appointment Booked where you can see all the leads that have an appointment, split by Acquisition Reps.
Note: Please make sure to have the Acquisition Rep field filled in in order for the system to properly tag “Who’s going to the appointment”.
