SwiftMail is our own solution for Email Management. With this, you will be able to keep track of all your email into one simple place. Also, you will be able to send and receive emails to and from your Sellers, Buyers and you Contacts inside Podio and send automatic emails thru your Drip Campaigns

Well, it is as simple as sending an email :) You have a dedicated app where you can manage every incoming and outgoing email from your email address that you want to have integrated with us.

Over there, when you receive an email, you can see the details about the person who sent you the email, the Contact, the Message and the related Seller or Buyer (if applicable), you have the option to reply or forward the email and also links to related items (e.g. Closings, Seller Leads, Contacts, etc)

For sending an email, you can just press anywhere where you have "Send Email" and start composing them. You have the option to insert a Canned Message that you previously set so you don't have to type the same thing over and over again.

If you don't have it already installed, go to app.reivolution.io/addons and under Email Marketing you will find the SwiftMail Add-On. Just click Install and after that, we will ask you for the information that we need. Then, we take it from there.
