Item Created - Here, the Responsible will receive a task when a new item will be created in the selected App

Comment Added - When someone will write the content from the "Comment Trigger" field in the selected App, the Responsible will receive a task

Triggered by another flow - This task works on the back of other tasks. After you finish creating this task, you will have to select one already existing and add it in the Trigger Task field. When the 1st task will be completed, the one you created will get triggered.

Category Field Update - Here, a task will be triggered to the Responsible when the option from the Field Value will be selected in the selected App
