When your V.A. submits the webform, the existing lead that was created previously from the Incoming Call, will be updated accordingly to the fields that have been complete.
The fields updated through the Answering Service webform are most of the fields from the "Questionnaire" section of your Seller Leads app:
Seller Name, Seller Phone and Seller Email from the Seller Leads Contact
What's Your Property Address? -> Address
Occupancy -> Occupancy
Needed Repairs -> Additional Repair Notes?
Mortgage Balance? -> Mortgage Balance?
Why are you selling? -> Why are you selling?
When do you need to sell? -> When do you need to sell?
What is your house worth? -> What is your house worth?
Are you negotiable? -> Are you negotiable?
How much do you need to sell? -> How much do you need to sell?
How Did You Hear About Us? -> How Did You Hear About Us?
Appointment Booked and Appointment Date and Time will determine if the lead will be updated with an appointment
