With our Email Management solution, you are not stuck only with the Inbox app to send emails. You can also do this from:

  • Seller Leads app - inside every item that has an email address attached to the Contact, you will find in the navigation fields "Send Email"

  • Buyers app - inside every item that has an email address attached to the Contact, you will find the field "Send Email"

  • Contacts app - inside every item, you will find the field "Links" with the option "Send Email"
    *Note - you will also see in the "Email" field the option to "Send email" but that is from Podio. In order to use our Email Management, you will have to use the option from the "Links" field
