The first thing to do when you want to start using SwiftMail Email Management Solution is to create the request. You can do this by going to, and you have two possibilities (both are the same):

After you select one of them, you will be redirected to a new page where you will be able to Create the Ticket. A new page will open next with the Podio Ticket, and if you check the Details section, you will see that we need a few information from your side to fully install SwiftMail into your new system.
